About the role (Position summary)
The Field, Growth & Campaign Sr Marketing Manager (SM) leads execution of AIMU’s field and growth marketing agenda—integrated campaigns, ABM 1: few activation, executive events, partner co‑sell motions, and internal enablement programs. This role converts AIMU positioning and offerings into pipeline‑driving programs across channels, partnering with AIMU GTM, partner teams, sales leaders, and corporate/BU marketing stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Integrated campaign execution (Brand → Demand)
- Plan and run integrated campaigns aligned to Wave 1 use cases and priority partners, moving from awareness to conversion.
- Manage multichannel activation (paid/owned/earned where applicable), performance tracking, and optimization tied to pipeline and engagement signals.
ABM 1: few and account activation
- Execute ABM 1: few programs by priority industry and target account lists; coordinate with sellers on plays, offers, and follow‑ups.
Executive and field events
- Own planning and delivery of AIMU events (executive roundtables, AI labs, industry forums) and activation around priority partner/industry events.
- Support AIMU Executives/SME’s engagement at non AIMU organized events ( BU/Industry events, Partner Events, etc.
- Drive end‑to‑end event readiness: audience targeting, invitation strategy, content/assets, speaker coordination, and post‑event conversion.
Partner co‑sell motion support
- Coordinate with partner marketing and alliances to develop campaign plans and joint activations around confirmed partner moments (e.g., major conferences) and co‑sell plays.
Internal enablement and adoption
- Plan and execute internal awareness programs (Viva Engage / email / SharePoint hub) and seller enablement moments (office hours, playbook rollouts).
Operational excellence & measurement
- Establish execution cadence, program governance, and reporting tied to AIMU success measures (pipeline influence, TCV contribution, engagement).
Our ideal candidate (≤5 bullets)
· Senior B2B field/growth marketer with strong experience running integrated campaigns and ABM in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to deliver executive events and convert engagement into pipeline outcomes
- Strong partner marketing / co‑sell activation experience across alliances and shared GTM motions
- Track record of operational rigor (planning, stakeholders, timelines, reporting) and performance optimization
- Comfortable translating strategic narratives into executable programs at speed
