About the role
As a Chief Delivery Officer, Guadalajara, Mexico, you will make an impact by leading end-to-end delivery operations across large, complex client portfolios and driving delivery excellence within nearshore operations. You will be a valued member of the leadership team and work collaboratively with account leadership, operations, talent partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Define and execute delivery strategy for large, multi-client portfolios across nearshore and global delivery models
- Oversee end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and timely outcomes while managing delivery risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior delivery leaders, building a strong leadership pipeline and succession model
- Drive operational excellence through standardized methodologies, metrics, and governance frameworks
- Partner with talent organizations to scale local capabilities through hiring, enablement, and continuous skill development

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in delivery management and operations leadership within large, complex service organizations
- Proven experience leading nearshore delivery operations and distributed teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore models
- Strong background in delivery governance, financial performance management, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish

- Experience scaling delivery organizations in fast-growing or transformational environments
- Strong understanding of operating models, service delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement practices
- Industry experience in areas such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, Media, or Technology
- Experience establishing or leading regional delivery hubs or large operational centers
Work model – Onsite
