Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing core infrastructure systems including Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory to ensure seamless operations and security. The Infra. Technology Specialist will contribute to the companys IT strategy by implementing best practices and enhancing system reliability in a hybrid work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID to ensure secure and efficient identity management across the organization.
  • Oversee the configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise in Active Directory administration including user account management group policies and directory replication.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems from unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and document processes procedures and best practices for infrastructure management and security.
  • Support hybrid work model requirements by ensuring seamless integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on infrastructure tools and technologies to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Participate in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades to ensure scalability and future readiness.
  • Contribute to the companys IT strategy by optimizing infrastructure systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID including identity management and security protocols.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory administration including user account management and group policies.
  • Showcase experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure-related issues effectively.
  • Exhibit familiarity with hybrid work models and the integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks within infrastructure systems.

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
