Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office tools to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and focuses on delivering impactful solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create analyze and maintain reports presentations and documentation for policy servicing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support in resolving policy servicing issues ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of policy documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of policy servicing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates address concerns and ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on MS Office tools and policy servicing processes.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while working in a hybrid model during night shifts. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to review and interpret policy documents and data accurately.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Showcase knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain as a nice-to-have skill to enhance understanding of policy servicing operations.
  • Display attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all policy servicing activities.
  • Bring problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

    • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Property & Casualty Insurance Certification (preferred)
