Job summary

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate projects involving API integration Camunda BPM and Camunda workflows in a hybrid work model. This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in managing technical programs and ensuring seamless execution of project deliverables while adhering to timelines and quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are executed effectively and align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of APIs to enhance system interoperability and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Camunda BPM solutions ensuring workflows are designed and executed efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders providing updates on project status challenges and achievements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve program performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of program activities ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in API integration and management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Camunda BPM including workflow design and execution to optimize business processes.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Showcase experience in managing hybrid work models ensuring productivity and collaboration across remote and in-office teams.
  • Display a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools to drive program success.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as computer science engineering or business administration.
  • Bring 7 to 10 years of experience in program management with a focus on technical projects and solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation.
  • Showcase adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic and complex projects.
