Job summary
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate projects involving API integration Camunda BPM and Camunda workflows in a hybrid work model. This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in managing technical programs and ensuring seamless execution of project deliverables while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program lifecycle ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are executed effectively and align with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business requirements.Oversee the integration and optimization of APIs to enhance system interoperability and streamline processes.Coordinate the implementation of Camunda BPM solutions ensuring workflows are designed and executed efficiently.Monitor and evaluate project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while delivering high-quality solutions.Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders providing updates on project status challenges and achievements.Utilize data-driven insights to improve program performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve program objectives.Maintain documentation of program activities ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices. QualificationsPossess strong expertise in API integration and management with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate proficiency in Camunda BPM including workflow design and execution to optimize business processes.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver impactful solutions.Showcase experience in managing hybrid work models ensuring productivity and collaboration across remote and in-office teams.Display a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools to drive program success.Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as computer science engineering or business administration.Bring 7 to 10 years of experience in program management with a focus on technical projects and solutions.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.Possess a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation.Showcase adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic and complex projects.Have a strong focus on delivering value to the organization and contributing to its overall success.
