1. Job Title : Program Manager 2. Job Summary : The Program Manager will oversee and manage complex projects within the Duck Creek ecosystem ensuring seamless execution and delivery. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation optimize processes and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in Duck Creek Insights Manuscripts and Duckcreek with a focus on product development and retirement. 3. Experience : 14 - 18 years 4. Responsibilities : - Strong understanding of P&C industry and solutions with 15+ years experience in managing product implementation programs - Must have functional knowledge of P&C Policy & Billing to lead transformation program - Must have experience with Risk management - Should be well versed with customer and key stakeholder management including issue management - Status reporting to customer as well as Cognizant leadership - Co-ordinate with customer and product vendor for smooth execution of the program along with issue resolution - Participate in program planning release definitions - Manage resource issues and escalation - Manage customer escalations - Responsible for governance meetings with customer leadership as well as Cognizant leadership - Resource Planning - Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of Duck Creek-based solutions and adherence to project timelines. - Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in Duck Creek Insights Manuscripts and Duckcreek to optimize program outcomes. - Develop and implement best practices for program management ensuring efficiency and quality in all deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables. - Monitor program performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Address challenges and risks proactively ensuring minimal disruption to program execution. - Drive innovation in product development and retirement processes leveraging domain expertise to enhance offerings. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Utilize hybrid work model effectively balancing in-office and remote collaboration to maximize productivity. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment. - Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications - - Demonstrate expertise in Duck Creek Insights Manuscripts and Duckcreek with proven experience in implementing these technologies. - Showcase strong domain knowledge in product development and retirement processes with a track record of successful project execution. - Possess excellent program management skills including planning execution and monitoring of complex initiatives. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize outcomes. - Display effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. - Have a minimum of 14 years and a maximum of 18 years of relevant experience in program management and technical domains. - Show adaptability to hybrid work models ensuring productivity in both remote and in-office settings. 9.
