We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Site Reliability Engineering
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring system reliability scalability and performance. Proficiency in English is essential and domain expertise in Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Ensure the reliability availability and performance of critical systems by implementing SRE best practices.
· Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust infrastructure solutions.
· Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
· Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture processes and incident management.
· Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
· Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in infrastructure and applications.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
· Work closely with development teams to integrate reliability and scalability into the software development lifecycle.
· Implement and manage monitoring tools to gain insights into system performance and user experience.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SRE and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet service level objectives and agreements.
· Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all system operations.
Qualifications
· Possess strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
· Demonstrate proficiency in automating tasks using scripting languages and tools.
· Have experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or Splunk.
· Exhibit knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
· Showcase familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
· Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Have domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry (nice to have).
· Demonstrate strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
· Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
· Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
· Display a strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles.
· Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
