Senior Business Insight Analyst — BI Reporting
About the Role
As a Senior Business Insight Analyst — BI Reporting, you will make an impact by supporting the US DVS reporting roadmap, regulatory reporting obligations, and BAU BI activities within CASP. You will be a valued member of the CASP team and work collaboratively with US/CA DVS stakeholders, data teams, and compliance leads.
In This Role, You Will:
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports supporting US/CA DVS initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Own the MRA 1041 regulatory report takeover and replication for Canada, managing end-to-end delivery.
• Support data analysis, validation, and transition of key metrics to BAU operations.
• Deliver reporting for both US IDP and CA IDP initiatives, aligning outputs to business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and enable effective knowledge transfer across the team.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools — very strong Power BI experience required; Tableau or equivalent also considered.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills with the ability to work across complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory or financial reporting environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, identify discrepancies, and translate findings into clear insights.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to facilitate knowledge transfer across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience with DVS (Dealer/Vehicle Services) reporting or similar automotive/financial services reporting domains.
• Familiarity with IDP (Intelligent Data Platform) initiatives or comparable data modernization programs.
• Background in MRA (Matters Requiring Attention) regulatory report management within Canadian or US financial institutions.
• Experience working in cross-border (US/CA) reporting environments with an understanding of regional compliance differences.
