University Relations Program Manager

00068814621

Role Overview

This is a technical operations and support role focused on maintaining the infrastructure for the School of Software Engineering (SWEdu). You are the technical "Engine Room" for the TL Seminar — both facilitator-led and self-study — and the publication pipeline for technical content across go/swedu. You ensure that senior facilitators and students have the artifacts, data, and support needed for a seamless learning experience.

01 PA-Driven Cohort Management & Facilitator Support

COHORT OPERATIONS

→ Own the operational lifecycle for Product Area (PA) facilitator-led cohorts.

→ Manage schedules, interest lists, and enrollment logistics end-to-end.

POST-CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT

→ Following each live session, proactively organize all Meet-generated artifacts — recordings, transcripts, and attendance reports — into designated shared Drive folders for each cohort.

FACILITATOR ENABLEMENT

→ Provide senior SWE facilitators with updated project plans and technical guidance.

→ Act as the primary partner ensuring facilitators have the necessary artifacts to run their specific cohorts.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

→ Serve as support lead for facilitators and students.

→ Troubleshoot issues within g3docs, Grow, and Google Meet.

02 Evaluation Automation & Data Strategy

PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

→ Oversee the automated survey dissemination pipeline for live cohorts and Grow self-study modules.

DATA INTEGRITY

→ Execute manual data processing steps (as documented in spreadsheet README tabs) to ensure results are correctly compiled into master evaluation sheets in Google Sheets.

REPORTING

→ Synthesize evaluation data to provide a clear view of program impact and learner sentiment for stakeholders.

03 Content Orchestration & Documentation (g3docs)

LIBRARY MAINTENANCE

→ Maintain the go/swedu technical library (Tech Talks, Design Live, etc.), ensuring all internal links are functional and the "Source of Truth" is preserved.

AI-ASSISTED PUBLISHING

→ Utilize Gemini and Cider Agent within g3docs to format transcripts, embed media, and generate concise, accurate summaries for technical talks.

INFRASTRUCTURE HEALTH

→ Manage the Grow self-study course infrastructure, ensuring video-based modules and survey triggers are fully functional.

04 Multimedia Maintenance & Artifact Custodianship

VIDEO POST-PRODUCTION

→ Perform essential editing (trimming and cuts) on raw recordings of design talks and classroom sessions prior to publication.

ARTIFACT CUSTODIANSHIP

→ Organize and archive scripts, transcripts, and video files in Google Drive to ensure long-term accessibility.
