Role : Agentic AI & Copilot Studio Developer

Location: Pan India

Exp - 6 to 9 Yrs

  • Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases.
  • Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling.
  • Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration.
  • Implement agentic AI workflows using autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution patterns.
  • Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365 channels — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals.
  • Connect agents to enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph connectors, Dataverse, and third-party APIs for grounded responses.
  • Apply Generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio including generative answers, AI Builder models, and prompt customization.
  • Work with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service for custom LLM integrations beyond native Copilot Studio capabilities.
  • Configure agent governance — topic-level access control, DLP policies, audit logging, and Purview compliance integration.
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure AI Search as knowledge sources.
  • Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph or Copilot Studio's agent handoff capabilities.
  • Monitor agent performance using Copilot analytics, CSAT metrics, and conversation transcripts for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align agent design with M365 Copilot extensibility and organizational AI governance policies.
