Transformation and Agentic/GenAI Specialist will lead initiatives focused on driving continuous improvement, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma principles, and integrating Generative AI solutions within F&A / KPO/BPO operations. This role requires a strong understanding of process optimization, a keen eye for identifying process transformation opportunities, and the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions effectively.
Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in Finance and accounts domain
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive a continuous improvement culture through training, coordination, and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma principles in day-to-day F&A operations.
· Understand and articulate problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from delivery/operations teams. Lead and execute process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
· Lead and participate in exploring (Process Assessment) and implementing AI/GenAI/Agentic AI-driven solutions for problems and process bottlenecks.
· Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and use cases, with a focus on GenAI integration where applicable.
· Actively contribute to change implementation initiatives on the floor, including the adoption of new technologies and AI tools.
· Conduct Baselining of Metrics, Cost Benefit Calculation, Analytical intervention to provide insights for process improvements.
· Report issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders, highlighting potential AI/ GenAI applications.
· Play a pivotal role in executing the transformation governance model to build a continuous improvement and innovation culture.
· Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering their growth in transformation methodologies and GenAI applications.
Profile of Desired Candidate:
· Must have 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in process improvement, Business transformation
· Must be certified with working knowledge on AI, GEN AI, Agentic AI, RPA tools
· Preferred to be a certified black belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
· Must have experience in F&A domain ( PTP, OTC, RTR)
· Demonstrated experience in implementing or managing GenAI projects or solutions.
· Must have excellent analytical, presentation, & communication skills.
· Should be a self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
· Must have experience in managing customer independently
Experience: 10+ years
Education: UG - Any Graduate/ PG - Any Specialization (Analytics, Data Science, Transformation etc) – preferably from tire 1 or 2 MBA colleges
