Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions. This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality enhancements, integrations, and support within the SAP landscape. The position follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement interfaces with external and internal systems (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services)
- Perform unit testing, support QA activities, and assist with production deployments
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues
- Collaborate with functional teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure business requirements are met
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong experience with:
- ALV Reports
- SmartForms / SAPscript / Adobe Forms
- Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework)
- Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
- Intermediate English (technical communication)
Preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services)
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with system integrations
