Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Actuary or a related field.
Experience
- 0–1 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or a related analytical area. Internship experience or academic projects may be considered.
- Basic understanding of data validation, reconciliation, or master data concepts, with willingness to learn defined processes and tools.
- Exposure to business data, reporting tools, or enterprise systems is a plus, but not required.
Core Skills
- Organization & prioritization: Juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines while sustaining quality.
- Business acumen & active listening: Understand tone, context, and stakeholder needs; incorporate feedback constructively.
Tools
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Language
English — Intermediate (B2) or higher for global collaboration, reporting, and sometimes stakeholder communications
