We are looking for a French-speaking Service Desk Agent to support our international team. You will provide first-line technical and customer assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving end user calls
- Provide first level resolutions
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ticket Closure.
We are looking for you, if you:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and at least upper-intermediate English
- Have experience in customer support
- Possess a high school–level qualification or higher
