As a SailPoint Developer, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Cyber Security team, collaborating with Pradeep Parameswaran Unni. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves a deep understanding of identity management processes, lifecycle management, access governance, and the ability to integrate various platforms with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Design, develop, and manage the identity solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components including Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to identity governance processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure the integrity and security of identity governance solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management and governance.

What you must have to be considered
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of SailPoint development experience in identity governance and administration, specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
· Strong understanding of identity management concepts, user lifecycle processes, access governance, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
· Experience in SailPoint lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager and Access Governance modules
· Proficient in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
· Experience with directories (LDAP, AD), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
· Experience in different types of connectors like Delimited File, JDBC, LDAP, AD and custom connectors.
· Experience in developin API services to handle access policies, access requests and integrate with various applications.
· Experience in onboarding applications to the SailPoint Identity IQ platform using native connectors and custom connectors and APIs.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
