Job Summary
The Manager-Data Science role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. With a focus on analytics analysis and design the candidate will lead a team to develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in analytics with extensive experience in designing and implementing data models.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis techniques with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Exhibit expertise in data science methodologies including machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Have experience in leading and managing data science teams fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Show capability in strategic thinking with the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
- Display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Computer Science or Statistics with advanced certifications preferred.
