Insights Manager ( Webinar Operations Specialist) JD
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Insights Manager (Webinar Operations Specialist). In this role, you will own the operational logistics and data analysis for our webinar programs. From generating targeted invite lists to analyzing post-event survey data, you will be crucial in driving webinar registrations and elevating the overall event experience.
By translating raw data into actionable reports, you will ensure that our Communications team and leadership are actively listening to partner feedback, integrating the "voice of the partner" into our strategy, and continuously optimizing our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Operations & Live Execution
● Pre-Event Planning: Assist in the planning, creation, and ongoing management of the overarching webinar content calendar.
● Targeted Audience Generation: Pull and build targeted invite lists for each webinar based on specific interest markers (e.g., partner type, topic) to drive attendance. Maintain and update our master list of opted-in participants on a weekly basis.
● Live Event Management: Serve as the on-camera or behind-the-scenes host. Confidently moderate chat, manage live Q&A sessions, introduce speakers, oversee A/V setups, and troubleshoot any technical issues in real-time.
● Event & Workshop Execution: Plan, track, and manage end-to-end logistics for onsite events, partner workshops, and high-profile meetings.
● Project Governance & Reporting: Establish project tracking mechanisms, maintain schedules, and deliver regular governance reports to leadership.
● Stakeholder Management: Drive internal follow-ups across cross-functional teams to ensure action items are closed on time.
Data Analysis, Insights & Reporting
● Webinar Metrics Management: Maintain comprehensive webinar metrics reports (currently utilizing slide decks), pulling together data from trackers, surveys, and attendance logs.
● Partner Insights & Feedback: Review partner surveys and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) weekly. Synthesize this raw feedback into compelling quarterly insights reports for leadership with actionable recommendations.
● Program Optimization & Tracking: Track registration spikes before and after targeted invites and promotional pushes to demonstrate measurable ROI. Develop clear measurement plans for new program improvements to gauge effectiveness versus the level of effort.
● Privacy-Compliant Reporting: Generate anonymized registration and attendance reports, strictly adhering to data privacy guidelines regarding the handling and sharing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
