Job Summary
- This Technology Architect role focuses on designing and guiding robust integration solutions using Tibco Business Works and related technologies for finance and automotive domains. The architect will translate complex business processes into scalable secure and high performing integration architectures while mentoring teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. The role is based in office during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end to end integration solutions using Tibco Business Works Tibco BW Container Edition and Tibco Cloud Integration to address complex finance and automotive business processes with high scalability and resilience.
- Define robust messaging and integration patterns leveraging Tibco EMS Tibco Administrator Java and Java Message Service to ensure reliable transactional flows and optimized system throughput across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Develop detailed service interface contracts and data models using XML Schema Definition XSD JSON XML and XSLT that standardize information exchange and improve interoperability between financial applications and automotive systems.
- Implement and govern Rest API and SOAP based services that enable secure controlled and well documented access to core finance and automotive capabilities supporting internal systems and external partner integrations.
- Review and optimize integration solution designs produced by project teams ensuring adherence to architectural principles performance benchmarks security guidelines and compliance requirements for finance and accounting.
- Collaborate closely with finance accounting and automotive stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical architectures that reduce manual effort improve data accuracy and enhance end customer experience.
- Establish integration standards reusable components and design guidelines for Tibco and Java solutions that enable efficient project delivery reduce defects and support long term maintainability of enterprise platforms.
- Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and resilience reviews across integration landscapes using monitoring insights to prevent outages minimize latency and maintain reliable operations for critical financial and automotive transactions.
- Guide engineering teams on best practices for error handling logging version control and deployment of Tibco Business Works Tibco BW Container Edition and Tibco Cloud Integration solutions to ensure stable and predictable releases.
- Coordinate with security and compliance teams to embed data protection regulatory controls and audit readiness into integration architectures supporting finance accounting policies and automotive industry regulations.
- Provide architectural oversight during project execution clarifying design decisions resolving integration risks and ensuring that technical implementations remain aligned to strategic enterprise roadmaps.
- Document integration architectures data flows and service catalogs in a clear and structured manner so that operations teams can support environments effectively and future initiatives can build on well understood assets.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging integration technologies refining Tibco based practices and proposing enhancements that increase business agility and societal impact through streamlined financial and mobility services.
Qualifications
- Bring extensive experience in Tibco Business Works Tibco BW Container Edition Tibco Cloud Integration Tibco EMS Tibco Administrator and Java to architect robust integration solutions for finance and automotive enterprises.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in XML Schema Definition XSD JSON XML XSLT Rest API SOAP and Java Message Service enabling the creation of flexible service interfaces and standardized data models across heterogeneous systems.
- Apply deep domain knowledge in finance and accounting to design architectures that support accurate reporting regulatory compliance streamlined financial operations and trustworthy customer facing services.
- Utilize practical experience in the automotive industry to model complex supply chain telematics and product lifecycle integrations that support innovation in mobility services and operational excellence.
- Show proven ability to work in an office based day shift model collaborating effectively with cross functional teams and ensuring consistent engagement with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
