Job Summary

The Cyber Security Manager role focuses on designing implementing and maintaining robust security architectures to protect enterprise systems data and payment transactions in a hybrid work environment. The manager will collaborate across technology and business teams to reduce risk ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen defenses against evolving cyber threats impacting digital payment services.

• Design and maintain comprehensive security architecture frameworks that safeguard enterprise platforms applications and data assets while aligning with organizational security strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced security controls and monitoring capabilities across networks endpoints and cloud environments to reduce vulnerabilities and prevent unauthorized access.
• Coordinate security assessment activities including risk analysis threat modeling and technical reviews to identify control gaps and recommend practical remediation actions.
• Develop and refine security policies standards and procedures that guide secure engineering practices and ensure consistent adherence across hybrid working teams.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to embed security requirements into solution designs for transaction processing and digital payment services.
• Guide incident response activities by supporting detection triage containment and recovery efforts while recommending improvements to tools and processes after each event.
• Manage relationships with internal and external audit teams by preparing evidence addressing findings and ensuring timely closure of security issues.
• Coordinate regular security awareness initiatives that help employees understand emerging cyber risks safe behaviors and responsibilities related to data protection.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies that enhance visibility automate controls and strengthen protection of critical assets within complex hybrid environments.
• Support compliance with relevant security regulations and payment security guidelines by aligning technical controls and operational practices with prescribed requirements.
• Engage with architecture and engineering teams to ensure that new solutions follow secure design principles and maintain strong protection for payment card and transaction data.
• Analyze security metrics and reporting to identify patterns track control effectiveness and propose targeted improvements that reduce risk exposure across the organization.
• Coordinate vendor and third party security assessments to ensure that external partners handling payment information follow appropriate security standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation with a strong record of delivering secure solutions across complex technology environments.
• Apply deep knowledge of security technologies including identity management network protection endpoint security and monitoring tools to build effective layered defense models.
• Exhibit practical understanding of cards and payments domain concepts such as transaction flows data protection requirements and ecosystem risk drivers to inform technical decisions.
• Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to translate security risks and architectural considerations into clear guidance for technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Bring proven experience in managing security initiatives in hybrid work models where collaboration remote coordination and clear documentation are critical to success.
