Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Full Stack with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Java Microservices React Js React SQL Server and Java.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust full-stack applications using Advanced Java and Microservices to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces using React Js and React ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity by effectively managing SQL Server databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and incorporate best practices into projects.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security and compliance of applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
- Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality align with project requirements.
- Document technical specifications and project progress to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Support deployment and release management activities ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Advanced Java and Microservices with proven experience in developing scalable applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies particularly React Js and React to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Have hands-on experience with SQL Server including database design optimization and management.
- Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
