Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience specializing in Windsurf Dynatrace Google Cloud Platform and Bioinformatics. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that advance the companys goals in the bioinformatics domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Windsurf ensuring optimal performance and reliability for bioinformatics applications.
- Oversee the integration of Dynatrace for application monitoring ensuring proactive identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks.
- Provide expertise in Google Cloud Platform to architect and deploy cloud-based solutions tailored to bioinformatics workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability of bioinformatics tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions in project workflows.
- Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Windsurf Dynatrace Google Cloud Platform and bioinformatics to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives and contribute to the companys impact on society through advancements in bioinformatics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations within the bioinformatics domain.
- Drive initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Windsurf with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Dynatrace with hands-on experience in application monitoring and performance optimization.
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform including architecture deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of bioinformatics workflows and domain-specific requirements enabling effective technical contributions.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science bioinformatics or a related field with relevant certifications being a plus.
