About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst – Identity & Access Management (RSA Token Migration), you will make an impact by supporting enterprise-wide identity transformation initiatives, with a focus on RSA token re-provisioning and modernization. You will be a valued member of the Identity & Access Management (IDAM) team and work collaboratively with security, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and secure migration experience.
In this role, you will:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support RSA token re-provisioning initiatives
Assess current token provisioning processes and design optimized workflows aligned to security and business needs
Support a risk-based approach to token migration, helping prioritize users and systems for re-provisioning
Develop and deliver change management plans, including stakeholder communications and adoption strategies
Track migration progress, produce reports, and provide operational support throughout the transition

What you need to have to be considered:
3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within identity and access management or cybersecurity
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
Experience supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder communications
Familiarity with RSA tokens and identity management concepts (e.g., authentication, provisioning, access control)
Experience tracking progress, reporting metrics, and supporting operational activities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
These will help you stand out:
Experience working within Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) programs
Knowledge of authentication technologies and enterprise security controls
Exposure to large-scale enterprise migrations or transformation programs
Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy and tracking
Ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly communication

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $ 105,000 - $120,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
