About the role
As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will make an impact by executing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality, and performance across proprietary ad platforms. You will be a valued member of the Advertising Operations team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders, campaign managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign execution.
In this role, you will:
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking, including media plan validation, order creation, targeting configuration, and tag implementation.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks before and during campaign launches to ensure compliance, accuracy, and delivery standards.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues to ensure targets are met.
- Generate performance reports and support billing processes through accurate reconciliation and validation of campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones to support a 24/7 operations model and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Work model: Hybrid

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience in advertising operations, campaign trafficking, or digital ad tech environments.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across ad servers or similar platforms (direct IO and/or programmatic).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English and full professional proficiency in Portuguese.
These will help you stand out
- Experience working in global or 24/7 operations environments.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, targeting, tracking, etc.).
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, data validation, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to anticipate risks and act proactively to ensure campaign success.
