Responsibilities : Project Experience Experienced professional in Mortgage Retail Banking Corporate or Private Banking transformation engagements
Should have relevant experience of atleast 15 to 18 years of experience Should have directed and managed atleast 35 implementations from Discovery till golive Knowledge on Dutch Mortgage processes and associated platforms eg Ohpen slater would be an added advantage Should have experience conducting PLW Process led workshop for clients and other vendors in the engagement Should have experience in the platform at grass root level eg configuring a requirement within the platform and ensuring the requirements are fulfilled Ability to positively influence business and IT stakeholders on topics eg GapFit analysis adopt vs Adapt discussions etc Should have contributed individually and have participated in reviewing deliverables eg Business Requirement Document Functional Specification documents etc Interface between the product vendors customers and other stakeholders to drive product gap closure Should be conversant with integration concepts in the SaaS space eg Microservices containerization API management etc Ability to work closely with integration testing design and development teams Experience in different implementation approach methodologies eg Waterfall Agile incl ceremonies Knowledge of Dutch language will be big advantage Business Development Assist the sales team in achieving budgeted revenue and profitability targets Assist and coown the solutioning and delivery of RFXs Actively contribute and lead business development activities Manage employee satisfaction performance employee development and retention Actively lead knowledge and competence development Degree of IndependenceSupervision required Requires minimal supervision on the job Independently works under broad guidelines and follows principles of project management and quality guidelines when designing and implementing a solution refers to supervisor typically for exceptions Independent decision areas Propose customer specific functional solutions within the respective product space Reviews estimates and approves project plan Approval for change requests in some projects People decisions Appraisal ratings selection up to product consultants RR recommendations promotion recommendations leave approvals Team Management Responsibilities Should have led and managed multiple accounts Manage a team of 15 to 20 members 9.
