Job Summary
This role focuses on delivering high quality policy servicing support for property and casualty insurance operations in a multinational environment. The specialist will manage policy documentation updates and customer support with strong spoken English and MS Office proficiency working from office in night shifts to ensure seamless service continuity and accurate record maintenance.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end policy servicing activities including policy creation endorsement processing and renewal updates to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of insurance records in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.Handle customer and internal stakeholder inquiries on policy coverage documentation status and servicing requests by providing clear professional and well structured verbal communication in English that supports high satisfaction and trust.Utilize MS Office tools to prepare review and update policy related documents spreadsheets and reports with consistent formatting robust data validation and organized storage that supports efficient operational review.Monitor assigned work queues service requests and case tickets during night shifts to ensure that all policy servicing activities are completed within agreed turnaround times while maintaining attention to detail and high accuracy.Collaborate with underwriting claims and operations teams by sharing clear policy information and status updates that support effective risk evaluation claim adjudication and workflow coordination across the organization.Review source documents emails and system inputs for policy servicing tasks by identifying discrepancies missing information and potential errors and promptly initiating corrective actions to maintain data integrity.Document all servicing actions changes and communications in the designated policy administration systems and MS Office trackers to create an auditable trail that supports compliance and performance monitoring.Apply foundational knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts when available to interpret coverage terms limits and conditions so that servicing decisions align with business rules and customer commitments.Support continuous improvement of servicing processes by sharing observations from night shift operations suggesting practical enhancements and participating in pilots that aim to reduce rework and improve turnaround time.Adhere to company policies information security guidelines and regulatory requirements during all servicing activities to protect customer data uphold ethical standards and mitigate operational risk.Coordinate workload and handover notes across shifts through structured MS Office based reports so that colleagues have clear visibility into pending tasks priorities and special handling instructions.Provide concise and accurate status updates to supervisors and stakeholders regarding volumes completion rates and policy servicing challenges so that resource planning and decision making are well informed.Support training and knowledge sharing within the team by documenting frequently asked questions standard responses and process clarifications in easy to use MS Office formats that help new team members become productive quickly.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
