Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring adherence to development best practices. You will work closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
· Define and implement development best practices and support team adherence.
· Develop client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions.
· Create and maintain Service Portal pages and widgets.
· Support integrations, data import/export activities, and platform automation.
· Create reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
· Support testing, bug fixing, production deployments, and upgrades.
· Provide L3 support for ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications
· 6+ years of overall IT experience.
· 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
· ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification is an advantage.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
· English language skill on B2+/C1level
Skills and Experience
· Strong JavaScript development skills for server-side and client-side scripting.
· Experience with APIs, integrations, and Service Portal development.
· Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL queries.
· Understanding of ServiceNow security, performance, and platform reliability concepts.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps working environments.
· Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Proactive team player with problem-solving mindset.
