About the role
As a Service Line Specialist - Cognizant Moment - Communications, Media, and Technology, you will make an impact by serving as the subject matter expert and go-to-market champion for Cognizant Moment services within the Communications, Media, and Technology industry, combining deep domain knowledge with expertise in experience transformation, AI, and digital commerce to identify, shape, and close opportunities. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Moment digital experience practice team and work collaboratively with Communications, Media, and Technology vertical account management teams and adjacent service lines.
In this role, you will
- Champion the service line by acting as the Communications, Media, and Technology subject matter expert for Cognizant Moment, partnering with account management teams to embed experience capabilities into Communications, Media, and Technology pursuits, shaping how we show up in the market, building credibility, and driving awareness of our capabilities.
- Drive growth by crafting a sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with new prospects and existing clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioning.
- Build compelling solutions by assembling and leading pursuit teams with the appropriate skills, and owning the story, deal structure, and pricing with a clear lens on Communications, Media, and Technology, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics.
- Be a trusted advisor by establishing relationships with key client stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and customer experience functions, driving client satisfaction, and generating thought leadership that helps clients anticipate the market.
- Collaborate across Cognizant as the point person who assembles skills and resources within Cognizant Moment and across the organization to respond to client needs and to plan and run existing clients.

What you need to have to be considered
- Strategic problem-solving: the ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customer's perspective, as well as industry trends, and to translate them into experience solutions that generate growth.
- Market and industry expertise: a deep understanding of the Communications, Media, and Technologysector, with experience working with leading businesses in this space.
- Sales experience: a proven track record of driving revenue growth in digital experience or AI spaces.
- Executive presence: effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way, including the ability to create your own compelling presentations.
- Commercial knowledge: the ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads, with expertise in crafting pitches, proposals, go-to-market strategies, and sales plans.

- Outstanding relationship-management and interpersonal abilities, skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, and other practice leaders.
- Experience partnering with platform and capability specialists such as Adobe, Salesforce, Contact Center, Gen AI, Commerce, Digital Products, Marketing and Content, and Personalization.
- Familiarity with experience transformation, marketing and content, commerce, digital product design, and customer service focus areas.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2026.
- The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 - $185,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
