Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and technically credible Tech PM to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise software solutions built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. This is a senior-level individual contributor and leadership role for someone who has grown through engineering and now brings a powerful combination of deep technical fluency, strategic product thinking, and cross-functional delivery leadership.
With a minimum of 12 years of experience spanning software development and product ownership, you will serve as the critical link between business vision and engineering execution. You will translate complex organizational requirements into clearly scoped, technically feasible, and commercially valuable software products — ensuring they are delivered with quality, predictability, and speed.
This role requires confidence in .NET-based architectures, modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, and API-first design. Equally important is your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, define compelling product strategies, and lead delivery teams without authority through influence, clarity, and technical respect.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating business and technology risks.
· Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and solution leadership on .NET Core and related technologies, ensuring adherence to architecture, coding, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
· Possess thorough knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum/Kanban methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and driving continuous improvement across teams.
· Support application modernization initiatives, technology evaluations, and solution design decisions.
· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
· Monitor and manage cybersecurity, compliance, operational, and vendor-related risks to ensure business continuity.
· Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, risks, and industry trends, recommending appropriate improvements and mitigation strategies.
· Drive technical quality through code reviews, design reviews, and adherence to established engineering standards.
· Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
· Provide regular status updates, risk reporting, and technical recommendations to project and leadership teams.
