Azure Integration Tech Lead
About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Azure Integration Tech Lead with extensive experience in Azure Integration Services, enterprise application modernization, and application management/support operations. In this role, you will lead Azure integration initiatives, modernize legacy middleware platforms, and provide architectural leadership for business-critical enterprise integrations.
You will collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will:
· Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management (APIM), and other Azure technologies.
· Lead migration and modernization initiatives, helping organizations transition from legacy integration platforms to cloud-native Azure solutions.
· Provide L2/L3 support for critical production integrations and applications, ensuring operational stability and performance.
· Drive incident, problem, change, and release management activities in accordance with enterprise support processes.
· Lead application onboarding, knowledge transfer, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
· Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
· Ensure integration solutions adhere to architectural, security, and operational best practices.

What you need to have to be considered
· Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and API Management (APIM).
· Strong experience leading enterprise application integration and modernization initiatives.
· Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical production applications and integrations.
· Expertise in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
· Experience leading transition, onboarding, and support readiness activities.
· Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application design.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams in a remote environment.
These will help you stand out
· Experience migrating legacy middleware or integration platforms to Azure.
· Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
· Experience with enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
· Azure certifications, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate.
· Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until November 19, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000- $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
