Content Manager (AEM)
About the Role
We are seeking a professional to establish the integrated delivery plan, governance cadence, intake process, assignment model and reporting standards. This role will apply expertise in aem, stakeholder management, agile to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support business objectives. The successful candidate will also partner with product leadership to prioritize work and translate the roadmap into weekly execution plans. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate requirements into effective delivery are important for success in this position.
In This Role, You Will
- Establish the integrated delivery plan, governance cadence, intake process, assignment model and reporting standards.
- Partner with Product leadership to prioritize work and translate the roadmap into weekly execution plans.
- Coordinate across Product, Design, Technology, Legal, third parties and Vendor Management.
- Manage scope, capacity, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and escalations.
- Oversee launch readiness, production sign-off and hypercare coverage for major release dates.
- Ensure the offshore team receives clear work packages, context, access and timely decisions.
- Provide concise weekly reporting covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions and capacity.
- Lead knowledge transfer and orderly roll-off by the end of the engagement.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a onsite position open to qualified applicants able to work in NY/NJ (Primary) or PA (Secondary).. What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 7+ years of project or delivery management experience is preferred, including leadership of cross-functional digital operations or content delivery. Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, executive communication and distributed-team leadership are required. Experience with AEM/CMS delivery and regulated financial-services environments is preferred. PMP, Agile or equivalent credentials are beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
