About the role
As an Architect and Overall ETL Lead, you will make an impact by driving the design, development, and migration of enterprise-scale ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC (IICS). You will be a valued member of the Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical architects, and cross-functional delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Lead migration efforts from PowerCenter to IDMC/CDI and integrate data across Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake platforms.
• Leverage REST APIs within IDMC CDI to connect with internal and external applications and systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into effective integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability, and document ETL processes, data flows, and system integrations effectively.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in in Orlando, FL.

What you need to have to be considered
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• 5+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Strong understanding of ETL architecture, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and Unix Shell scripting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills.
These will help you stand out
• Experience with IDMC migration projects or Informatica Data Management Cloud Services (IDMC), Data Quality (IDQ), or other IDMC components.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Python, Snowflake, or job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
