Data & Analytics Manager – Supply Chain Transformation

Responsibilities:

Leading the intersection of Operations and Technology, driving large-scale process optimization through data and digital platforms. Acts as a bridge between business and tech, translating complex operational data into competitive insights.

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in BI / Analytics management (reports, dashboards, KPIs)
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with SAP environments (Not technical. Focus on functional / reporting layer)
  • Strong background in Supply Chain / Operations (S&OP, MRP, MPS or equivalent)
  • Ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects in a corporate environment
  • Implement AI and automation initiatives to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
  • Lead transformation roadmaps aligned to operational efficiency goals
  • Ensure data governance and metadata management standards
  • Prior experience at FMCG companies (consumer goods)

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer and/or Power BI Data Analyst
  • Experience working with IBM or large SI partners in system integrations
  • Regional LATAM exposure (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Brazil etc)
  • Familiarity with PepsiCo systems and processes (SAP landscape, regional reporting standards)
