We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Business Analyst to become a key member of our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your 6+ years of business analysis expertise to drive digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions that align with our organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Analysis Support — Support end‑to‑end business analysis and operational activities for automation and process‑management initiatives, serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and designers.
- Process Documentation Management — Own and maintain all process documentation, including PDDs, keystroke documents, operational inventories, and governance records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- SOP Development — Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring processes are well‑documented, consistent, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration — Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process changes, communicate updates, and recommend effective solutions that support business objectives.
- Process Lifecycle Support — Support process onboarding, decommissioning, and change‑management activities, including maintaining process inventories and coordinating required operational updates.
- Access Management Operations — Support user access provisioning, modifications, and decommissioning, ensuring all access‑related requests adhere to governance standards and operational controls.
- RPA Testing & Validation — Execute testing activities for process maintenance, change validation, and defect resolution within RPA environments, including hands‑on work with Blue Prism.
- Cross‑Functional Automation Support — Partner with cross‑functional teams to support automation initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement, and assist with RPA‑related operational activities.
- UiPath Upskilling — Continue expanding technical expertise in UiPath to support testing, solution collaboration, and automation delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in digital projects and business process optimization.
- Strong technical expertise in Capture - Business Analyst.
- Solid background in digital enablement and solution delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in Co-pilot, Power Pages, or process mining tools, with a willingness to undergo a learning curve for new technologies.
- Self-sufficiency in developing basic Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions without heavy reliance on technical teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $80,000 – $94,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
Working arrangements
- We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
