About the role:
As a Senior Consultant, OCM Training Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering learning solutions that enable successful business and technology transformations. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with change management leaders, client stakeholders, project teams, and business partners to drive user adoption and organizational readiness.
In this role, you will:
• Design and develop end-to-end training strategies, learning curricula, training materials, web-based learning solutions, and presentations that support organizational change and user adoption.
• Partner with client and project teams to assess change impacts, gather requirements, define learning approaches, and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain communication and training plans, stakeholder-facing materials, and adoption metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and training sessions while supporting communication governance and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to consulting excellence through knowledge sharing, proposal support, business development activities, and participation in practice development initiatives.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Querétaro, Mexico. What you need to have to be considered:
• 4-6+ years of consulting experience, including experience supporting digital technology, business transformation, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and developing training materials, web-based learning solutions, presentations, and structured learning programs.
• Understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams to gather requirements, support process improvements, and create clear documentation and learning assets.
• Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables in a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
These will help you stand out:
• Experience creating technical training programs for AI adoption, digital transformation, or complex technology implementations.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Relevant industry, domain, or product certifications in areas such as Banking, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, Media & Technology, Enterprise Process, or Technology Modernization.
• Experience with quality improvement frameworks and methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• MBA, PGDM, or other advanced degree.
