Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams bringing deep Pharma Commercial domain expertise to drive successful AI and digital transformation initiatives
Lead requirements elicitation analysis and prioritization to ensure business needs are clearly defined documented and translated into actionable user stories
Own backlog grooming and readiness ensuring requirements are refined prioritized and aligned with business objectives before entering development cycles
Collaborate with product owners architects and delivery teams to define agent use cases business processes decision flows and success criteria
Facilitate stakeholder workshops requirement reviews and alignment sessions to achieve consensus across business technology and operations teams
Translate complex commercial business processes including Sales Insights Reporting Customer Engagement and xKAM Planning into scalable AIenabled solutions
Define acceptance criteria support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and measurable outcomes
Drive change management user adoption and continuous feedback collection to enhance agent effectiveness and business value realization
Monitor business KPIs and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and support ongoing product evolution
Qualifications -
BA should have pharma commercial background. BA will be the team lead, and drive requirements gathering and do first round of testing of the agent before taking it forward with business for UAT, as the role requires a BA with strong pharma commercial domain expertise, experience leading requirements gathering, and exposure to AI Agent solutions
