Job Summary:
As a SailPoint IIQ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient identity governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Customize and configure SailPoint components to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint IIQ.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications.
- Document configurations, processes, and changes.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML.
- Experience with SQL and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), application on-boarding in SailPoint IIQ.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as RBAC, SOD, and access certification.
- Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
