Who Are We Looking For?
At the Senior Manager level, this role should blend hands-on sales execution with the strategic judgement of an experienced solution seller and business advisor. The successful candidate will be capable of independently engaging CXOs, business leaders and senior technology stakeholders, leading Level 101–104 conversations, shaping transformation roadmaps and positioning ServiceNow-led business outcomes.
Beyond pipeline generation and deal management, this individual should be able to drive high-level solutioning activities, identify and qualify transformation opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and orchestrate internal teams to create differentiated solutions. The candidate should be comfortable operating with limited reliance on pre-sales support during the early stages of opportunity development and act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead executive-level discussions with client CXOs and senior business stakeholders to identify strategic transformation opportunities.
Independently drive opportunity shaping and high-level solutioning activities across consulting, implementation and managed services offerings.
Build executive sponsorship and trusted advisor relationships within client organizations.
Translate business challenges into technology-enabled transformation initiatives and outcome-based proposals.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across pre-sales, consulting, delivery and alliances while maintaining ownership of the overall opportunity strategy.
Influence client investment priorities by developing business cases, value frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
Additional Mandatory Capabilities
Proven ability to engage C-suite executives and lead strategic business and technology discussions.
Strong consultative selling and solution-shaping skills with experience developing complex transformation propositions.
Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from executive engagement through closure.
Ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solution hypotheses and mature opportunities before formal solutioning support is engaged.
Strong executive presence, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
