Job Title: Technical Lead – AMER Migration Squad (Montreal)
Location: Montreal, Canada
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead based in Montreal to provide technical leadership and serve as the primary on-site representative for the AMER region. This role will support both the RTA Atlantic and Copper portfolios, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, delivery support, and regional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across the RTA Atlantic and Copper portfolios.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships through regular face-to-face engagement.
- Support program delivery discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Represent the AMER region within the migration squad and facilitate effective collaboration across global teams.
- Identify, manage, and communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and on-the-ground representative for the program, driving stakeholder confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful migration planning and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technical leadership roles within large-scale transformation, migration, or enterprise technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience working with geographically distributed teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes in complex environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and delivery management capabilities.
- Based in Montreal and available for regular in-person stakeholder interactions.

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
