Responsibilities
- Design adaptive user journeys that seamlessly integrate secure microservices and Java based components ensuring each interaction is intuitive resilient and aligned with enterprise standards while supporting a hybrid work model
- Develop experience strategies that incorporate insights from network security testing to reduce risk exposure and enhance user trust across critical digital touchpoints in day to day project delivery
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering and product teams to refine microservices interfaces and Java service flows so that experience design patterns remain performant reusable and consistent across platforms
- Translate complex network behaviors and security constraints into clear experience requirements that guide how data is presented accessed and validated within key workflows
- Create detailed experience blueprints that map front end behaviors to underlying microservices interactions and Java logic enabling predictable responses under varying load and transaction conditions
- Conduct scenario based evaluations of journeys to identify gaps in error handling resilience and data integrity using knowledge of network security testing to recommend targeted improvements
- Partner with quality and security specialists to define test scenarios that validate both experience quality and secure handling of transactions especially for flows that resemble fund accounting operations
- Document adaptive patterns for responsive feedback confirmations and alerts that support secure decision making and reduce user friction in everyday operational activities
- Optimize hybrid collaboration rituals such as design reviews and technical walkthroughs to maintain momentum on projects while accommodating distributed team schedules and day shift expectations
- Assess performance implications of experience designs on microservices clusters and Java execution paths proposing refined flows that balance usability throughput and resource consumption
- Advise stakeholders on tradeoffs among security controls usability and operational efficiency framing recommendations in terms of risk mitigation regulatory alignment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor usage analytics and qualitative feedback to iteratively enhance experiences focusing on reducing error rates improving completion times and strengthening confidence in secure digital channels
- Align experience outcomes with the company mission of enabling safe efficient and transparent digital ecosystems that positively impact clients and broader society by fostering trust in technology
Qualifications
- Possess eight to twelve years of progressive experience in digital product or experience design with strong involvement in complex technical ecosystems and secure service delivery
- Demonstrate hands on expertise in network security testing including designing experience flows that account for authentication authorization encryption and vulnerability remediation activities
- Show solid proficiency in working with microservices based architectures understanding service orchestration versioning resilience patterns and their implications for experience consistency
- Apply advanced Java skills to collaborate effectively with backend teams interpret service contracts and ensure interface behaviors align with designed interaction models
- Exhibit awareness of fund accounting processes as a beneficial domain capability that informs design of financial data flows reconciliations and reporting experiences when relevant
- Display strong communication and documentation abilities to express complex technical and experience concepts in clear terms suitable for distributed stakeholders in a hybrid work setup
- Maintain a structured approach to problem solving and decision making using data experimentation and collaborative feedback to refine adaptive experiences over multiple release cycles
Certifications Required
Certified Ethical Hacker or equivalent security certification and Java professional certification preferred for experience design in secure microservices environments
