We are seeking a seasoned senior leader to manage and scale a 100+ seat P&C licensed sales contact center. This role owns agent productivity, sales conversion, and compliance across a high‑volume Personal Lines insurance sales operation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role—not advisory—focused on delivering predictable revenue, disciplined execution, and strong agent performance.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a 100+ licensed P&C sales agent operation
- Drive conversion, written premium, and revenue per agent
- Build a coaching‑driven sales culture through frontline managers
- Own daily/weekly sales performance, forecasting, and operating cadence
- Ensure full licensing, QA, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to optimize results
What Success Looks Like
- Strong quote‑to‑bind conversion
- High revenue per agent per day
- Short ramp time for new producers
- Low attrition among top performers
- Clean audits without sacrificing sales velocity
Desired Skills & Experience
- 12+ years in insurance or regulated sales operations
- 8+ years leading licensed P&C sales teams
- Proven experience managing 75–150 agents
- Deep knowledge of Personal Lines P&C sales
- Strong command of contact‑center KPIs, coaching, and compliance
- Calm, decisive leader who drives results through people

Salary and Other Compensation:

- The annual salary for this position is between $114,500 - $134,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
