Job Summary
Serve as a specialized provider account management professional for healthcare product clients with a focus on revenue cycle management in a hybrid night shift role. Manage relationships with provider clients drive adoption of healthcare solutions and resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues to support financial performance and operational efficiency for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts by nurturing trusted relationships that focus on adoption and value realization of assigned healthcare products in the revenue cycle management domain.Coordinate day to day account interactions including requests escalations and follow ups to maintain high satisfaction among provider stakeholders across clinical and financial operations teams.Analyze account level trends in claims denials reimbursements and workflow usage to identify opportunities where healthcare products can improve revenue cycle outcomes.Collaborate with internal product engineering and support teams to translate provider feedback on revenue cycle processes into prioritized enhancements and issue resolutions.Document detailed account plans that define objectives key metrics success criteria and engagement cadences tailored to each provider and their revenue cycle goals.Monitor performance dashboards and operational reports to track adoption of healthcare product features related to eligibility coding billing and collections for assigned accounts.Prepare and deliver structured business reviews that highlight realized value operational improvements and recommended next steps for revenue cycle optimization.Coordinate onboarding and refresher sessions for provider teams to ensure effective use of healthcare product features that support claims creation edits and payment posting.Resolve complex account issues by investigating root causes in coordination with support and operations teams while communicating clear timelines and expectations to provider contacts.Advise provider stakeholders on best practices for configuring healthcare products to align with regulatory requirements payer rules and internal revenue cycle policies.Support contract compliance activities by tracking service obligations usage thresholds and change requests related to revenue cycle functionality and service levels.Maintain accurate and current records of account interactions risks dependencies and action items in designated account management tools to ensure transparency and continuity.Align day to day work with the company purpose by ensuring that provider revenue cycle outcomes improve in a manner that ultimately supports patient access and sustainable healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
Showcase professional experience of at least two years working with healthcare products that support billing claims processing or reimbursement workflows for provider organizations.Apply practical knowledge of revenue cycle management including patient registration charge capture coding claims submission payment posting and denial management in daily account activities.Demonstrate ability to interpret payer policies explanation of benefits documents and denial codes to guide provider contacts in using product features effectively.Utilize strong communication and documentation skills to explain complex revenue cycle and product configuration topics to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Exhibit analytical skills through prior work with reports key performance indicators and dashboards that track revenue cycle metrics such as days in accounts receivable and denial rates.Display familiarity with hybrid work environments and night shift collaboration practices including virtual meetings remote documentation and asynchronous coordination across teams.Leverage experience with customer relationship or ticket management tools to log interactions track cases and manage service commitments for provider clients.
