About the Role
As a Product Manager, Banking & Finance Consulting, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital banking experiences by leading product initiatives focused on Entitlements and Client Onboarding capabilities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, architects, and engineering teams to define customer journeys, create product roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of high-impact digital banking solutions.
You will be a valued member of Cognizant Consulting’s Banking & Financial Services practice and will work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and delivery partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
In this Role, You Will
- Serve as the Product Manager for Entitlements and collaborate closely with Onboarding teams for digital banking applications.
- Define and document end-to-end client journeys, translating business requirements into product capabilities.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned to strategic product objectives.
- Partner with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive, compelling, and client-centric digital experiences.
- Collaborate with architecture and technology teams to enable seamless, scalable, and secure customer journeys.
- Work with Agile development teams to estimate, prioritize, and prepare User Stories for sprint execution.
- Track critical paths, dependencies, risks, and milestones across product initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and partner organizations to support successful product delivery.
- Drive product backlog management and prioritization activities while maintaining a focus on customer value.
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and product performance analysis.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a On-Site position requiring 4-5 days per week in a client office in San Francisco, California. What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related Agile product delivery roles.
- Experience creating and managing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Product Backlogs.
- Experience developing and delivering digital product experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Banking environments.
- Knowledge of client onboarding, entitlement management, authentication, or access management capabilities.
- Experience working with journey mapping, process flows, and customer experience design.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale banking platforms.
- Exposure to Agile product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience partnering with architecture, UX, and engineering teams to deliver digital solutions.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is expected to be between $110,000 and $129,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
