PROS CPQ Engineer
About the role
As a PROS CPQ Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise-grade pricing and quoting solutions using PROS Smart CPQ and Performance Quoting platforms. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Digital Commerce and Pricing team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, CRM/ERP teams, architects, and project managers.
In this role, you will:
· Design, configure, and maintain PROS Smart CPQ and Legacy CPQ solutions including catalog, BPS, configuration workflows, BRCs, event logic, pricing methods, sales methods, and quote designs.
· Implement and manage Smart Price Management fundamentals including price lists, pricing rules, pricing methods, lookups, and dimensions.
· Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to integrate PROS CPQ with CRM/ERP systems and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

What you need to have to be considered
· Strong hands-on experience with PROS Smart CPQ and Performance Quoting platforms.
· Deep understanding of pricing methods, Smart Price Management, and quoting workflows.
· Experience with CRM and ERP integrations supporting sales quoting processes.
· Proven ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise-scale pricing and quoting solutions.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
These will help you stand out
· PROS Smart CPQ certifications (101, 201, 310, 320).
· Experience with pricing analytics tools and AI-driven pricing optimization models.
· Leadership experience guiding teams and mentoring junior engineers.
· Multi-industry enterprise implementation experience.
· Strong understanding of revenue management and pricing strategy best practices.

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $67,000p.a. to $80,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
