As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer Senior, you will make an impact by leading the development and evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that support end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, reporting, and automation. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, Agile teams, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
- Enhance and optimize Sales Cloud processes including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
- Define technical solutions and architecture in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, performance optimization, testing strategies, and production support activities.

What you need to have to be considered
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably focused on Sales Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP and other external systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including sharing model, profiles, permission sets, visibility, and context-based access.
- Advanced knowledge of governor limits, performance optimization, Apex testing strategies, and asynchronous Apex development (Batchable, Queueable, and Schedulable).
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects in global environments.
- Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
