Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant
About the role
As a Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that help clients optimize their business processes and digital workflows. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow practice and work collaboratively with project managers, architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices and client requirements.
- Translate business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions, solution architecture decisions, and integration activities across ServiceNow modules.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers while promoting development standards and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this position may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on client and project needs. In Bogota, Colombia.
What you need to have to be considered
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional ServiceNow product lines.
- Strong development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, integrations, and web technologies.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and across the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to create technical designs, architecture documentation, and effort estimations.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
These will help you stand out
- Additional ServiceNow certifications across ServiceNow product suites.
- ITIL Foundation certification or Service Management knowledge.
- Experience serving as a technical lead on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting, code review, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and supporting capability development.
- Postgraduate studies related to software engineering, technology, or digital transformation.
