About the role
As an Associate Director, Marketing Analytics & Omnichannel Operations, you will make an impact by leading complex client engagements and delivering high-quality omnichannel measurement and marketing analytics solutions across our life sciences portfolio.
You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Consulting team and work collaboratively with client marketing, digital, commercial, and analytics leaders, as well as global and offshore delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
- Own the analytical strategy, workplan, engagement economics, and delivery quality for omnichannel measurement and marketing analytics engagements across one or more life sciences clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating complex analytical findings into strategic insights, business cases, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the design and delivery of marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, segmentation, predictive targeting, personalization, test-and-learn, and ROI measurement solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing case teams, including managers, analysts, and colleagues supporting global or offshore delivery.
- Identify and shape opportunities to expand client engagements, introduce new analytics methodologies and AI/ML capabilities, and contribute to proposals, statements of work, and client presentations.
What you must have to be considered
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Significant client-facing experience gained within management consulting, an analytics advisory firm, or a pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial analytics environment.
- At least three years of direct people leadership and engagement or project leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics techniques, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, segmentation, predictive or propensity modeling, test-and-learn design, and ROI measurement.
- Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial and marketing data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo, prescription claims, CRM or Veeva, and digital and media engagement data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-regional, remote, or matrixed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Executive-level communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior client leaders.
- Strong engagement management capabilities, including staffing, budgeting, timeline management, quality control, and delivery oversight.
- Understanding of regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements related to the use of commercial and customer data.
These will help you succeed
- An MBA or relevant master’s degree.
- Previous experience with a leading consulting or analytics advisory firm serving life sciences clients.
- Experience leading omnichannel analytics for a product launch, particularly within specialty care or oncology.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI/ML or generative AI capabilities within marketing or commercial analytics.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks and modern MarTech or AdTech ecosystems.
- A track record of growing client accounts, shaping proposals, or developing new service offerings.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites when required.
