Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Associate where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining policy records efficiently. With a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction you will utilize your MS Office skills to ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This position offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse tasks within the life and annuities insurance domain.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain policy records with precision to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline policy servicing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of policy documents ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitor policy changes and updates ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Support the team in conducting audits and reviews to maintain high standards of policy servicing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance skill sets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize policy servicing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality of service delivery.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting service standards.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to support broader organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications showcasing the ability to handle complex data efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy ensuring high-quality policy servicing.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the insurance domain.
  • Display a basic understanding of life and annuities insurance enhancing service delivery.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address client queries and operational challenges.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach prioritizing client satisfaction in all interactions.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Life Insurance Certification (optional)
