Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of policy documents ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Monitor policy changes and updates ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
- Support the team in conducting audits and reviews to maintain high standards of policy servicing.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize policy servicing workflows.
