Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday HCM and Workday Cloud HCM Security. This hybrid role requires a professional who can design and implement effective solutions to enhance our HR systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing our HR processes ensuring data security and improving user experience all while aligning with our companys strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Workday HCM solutions to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the security of Workday Cloud HCM by implementing robust security measures and protocols.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the deployment and maintenance of Workday HCM systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday HCM ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement enhancements to the system.
  • Optimize system performance by analyzing usage patterns and making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Workday HCM.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM and its various modules.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Workday Cloud HCM Security and related protocols.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing HR solutions using Workday.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Display excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
